Why we do -
We, the creators of Know Your Industry were students long ago, and did not aware of what is all about Industries, what are the scope and opportunities, which one to choose and what actually happens there! We felt this is an important area where the gap between Academics and Industry needs to be bridged, and minimal knowledge should be required for graduating aspirants to chose their industry career and the knowledge would help to fast-track their entry in to Industry.
Who we are -
We are being in the industry for more than 15 years, and acquired significant knowledge and experience in each domain of the industry and willing to share our knowledge and experience with upcoming graduating aspirants who are looking for a career in Industry. We never got an opportunity like these in our graduating days and we would expect the graduating aspirant can absorb essence of selected industry zones through our well-designed and highly informative course contents.

Dr R B Umamahehswari, M Pharm, PhD, PGDC (IPR)
Dr. R B Umamaheshwari is doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, MP, and she started her career as formulation scientist in 2004. In 2006, she moved into the field of Intellectual Property Management in Pharmaceutical Industry and served generic pharmaceutical industry (Including Cadila Healthcare, Lupin Limited and Shasun Limited) for 17 years. Her experience includes IPR/Patents/Trademarks for regulated markets like US, Europe, Australia, China, Canada & India. She is a qualified patent attorney (IPA/3200) in India. She has published many research articles in peer reviewed journals. She is currently associated with many pharmaceutical companies at the capacity of consultant.
Dr D Prabakaran, M Pharm, PhD
Dr. Prabakaran is doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, MP, and he started his career as formulation scientist in 2004. In 2006, he moved into clinical research and served generic pharmaceutical industry (Including Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Lupin Limited and Endo Pharmaceuticals) for 17 years in the area of formulation sciences, bioequivalence, late phase clinical studies, biopharmaceutics, in vitro-in vivo correlation, biostatistics, in vitro bioequivalence studies, clinical studies of derma, ophthalmic & pulmonary products, analytical and bioanalytical sciences. His experience with respect to clinical research/in vitro studies entirely with regulated market like US, Europe, Australia, etc., and faced various regulatory audits. He is well versed with the regulatory expectations and up to date with regulatory guidance and newer approaches on generic drug development. He has published many research articles in peer reviewed journals. He is currently associated with Invitro Research Solutions Private Limited at the capacity of Vice President managing analytical development and clinical research.
