Dr. R B
Umamaheshwari is doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences from Dr. Hari Singh Gour
University, Sagar, MP, and she started her career as formulation scientist in
2004. In 2006, she moved into the field of Intellectual Property Management in
Pharmaceutical Industry and served generic pharmaceutical industry (Including
Cadila Healthcare, Lupin Limited and Shasun Limited) for 17 years. Her
experience includes IPR/Patents/Trademarks for regulated markets like US,
Europe, Australia, China, Canada & India. She is a qualified patent
attorney (IPA/3200) in India. She has published many research articles in peer
reviewed journals. She is currently associated with many pharmaceutical
companies at the capacity of consultant.
